The Tumble Tot Co. can entertain a large group of children. (Maximum 24)
Birthday parties are available:
- Saturdays 1:00 – 2:45 pm or 3:15 – 5:00 pm
- Sundays 10:15 am – 12:00 pm or 12:30 – 2:15 pm or 2:45 – 4:30 pm
Birthday Party Package
Option 1 Gymnastics Party (1 hour in gym + 45 minutes in party room)
- Gym features an open bright, fun atmosphere with state of the art, age appropriate equipment including trampoline, obstacle course, fast track, tumbling track, parachute time, relay races, games, swinging rope and cargo net.
- Certified coaches (9:1 ratio) keep the children entertained and safe throughout the party and clean up.
- All our staff are certified a minimum of Foundations Gymnastics, as well as, first aid, CPR and Risk Management.
Option 2 – Ninja Themed Birthday Party (1 hour in gym + 45 minutes in party room)
- Ninja Birthday parties focus on bringing together all the basics and fundamentals of gymnastics and parkour to allow your guests to become Little Ninjas. Children will have the opportunity to move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. The Little Ninjas will use combinations of running, climbing, balancing, spins, rolls, and jumps to elude any opponent. Allow us to take care of your Ninja Party Loot bags. Ninja t-shirts for $16 each and / or Ninja headbands for $10 each
- 45 minutes in our decorated party area (birthday signs & balloons)
- The Tumble Tot Co.’s private eating area is equipped with tables, chairs, small fridge, microwave oven and sink.
- You are more than welcome to bring snacks, food, beverages, birthday cake (candles only please, no sparklers), and table settings.
- Please remember we are a NUT FREE facility.
- High Gloss Invitations
- Helium balloon bouquet for birthday child (please note that special requests and larger balloons will be an additional cost – see note below)
- $10.00 gift certificate for every child’s lootbag (may be redeemed for any recreational program or camp)
- Up to 10 children: $190.00 plus HST = $214.70
- Each additional child (max 24): $10.00 plus HST = $11.30
10% discount for current members. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. (cheques or etransfer please)
Confirmation of number of children and balance due one week prior to party to allow for proper planning of age appropriate activities.
Included in your party package is 6 latex helium balloons provided by The Tumble Tot Co.
If you would like us to provide Mylar balloons a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required.:
Small Mylar balloons will range between $4.99 – $6.99 depending on style.
Large Mylar balloons (16″ +) will range between $8.99 – $16.99 depending on size and style.
A Safe Time for Everyone
- Children must have proper gym attire, socks and hair must be tied back.
- For insurance purposes, the viewing area/party room is designated for those attending but not participating in the activities.
- If you wish to take photographs of the activities, you MUST speak to the coach and they will direct you to the designated area.
- Ensure your child is not wearing jewelry or sharp objects.
- Management cannot be responsible for lost items.
- All persons with the party MUST REMOVE FOOTWEAR and place on shelves at front entrance.

To help us ensure the safety of your guests, please print out the attendance form and bring it with you to the birthday – this will allow us to capture information about attendees in case of emergency.
