Birthday parties are available at the follow times:
- Saturdays 3:00 – 4:45 pm
- Sundays 10:15 am – 12:00 pm or 12:30 – 2:15 pm or 2:45 – 4:30 pm
The Tumble Tot Co. can entertain a large group of children. (Maximum 20 children per birthday)
You can arrange a Birthday Party by completing the online registration form below. You will receive an automated e-mail response once we have received the form.
After receiving your registration, we will do our best to confirm the Birthday Party date and time within 48 hours and provide additional details to help plan the special day.
Parties are for a birthday child turning 3 years old and up. All guests that are participating must be able to participate on their own without parental accompaniment, and be able to stay with the group to which they are assigned. Children under the age of three are not permitted in the gym, but are welcome in the viewing area.
Parents of your guests are welcome to stay in the viewing area during your party, (maximum 10 parents) but please note that they will not be allowed in the gym.
Only 1 parent is allowed to take photos at a prearranged time with the birthday party coach
Please be advised that for Saturday Birthday bookings, an additional group may be using a separate area within the gym. Birthday party attendees will have exclusive use of the Party Room. A Sunday party is recommended for parents who wish to have exclusive use of the gym for the duration of the Birthday Party.
Birthdays are not available on the Saturday or Sunday of a long weekend.
After you have registered, please be aware that we will need to know the number of children that will plan to attend one week prior to the start of the Birthday Party. Please use this brief form below to provide us with the number of attendees.
Please be aware that for birthdays booked on Saturday, a separate scheduled program starts at 4:00 PM, so there will be one other group in the gym for part of the time allocated to the Saturday birthday party. This competitive group comprises no more than 10 to 15 athletes, and they will occupy a separate part of the gym from the birthday party.
Pricing for Gymnastics Party or Ninja Party
- Up to 10 children: $250.00 plus HST
- Each additional child (max 20): $15.00 plus HST
Please note: the pricing above applies to parties booked after November 15th, 2021. Parties booked prior to this date will be charged the previously published rate.
Confirmation of the number of children and balance due one week prior to the party to allow for proper planning of age-appropriate activities.
A Safe Time for Everyone
- Children must have proper gym attire, socks and hair must be tied back.
- For insurance purposes, the viewing area/party room is designated for those attending but not participating in the activities.
- If you wish to take photographs of the activities, you MUST speak to the coach and they will direct you to the designated area.
- Ensure your child is not wearing jewelry or sharp objects.
- Management cannot be responsible for lost items.
- All persons with the party MUST REMOVE FOOTWEAR and place on shelves at the front entrance.
To help us ensure the safety of your guests, please print out the attendance form and bring it with you to the birthday – this will allow us quick access to information about attendees in case of emergency.

Birthday Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations 30 or more days before the party will receive a full refund or credit less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before the party receive a refund or credit of 50% of the total cost of the party.
If you need to move your party to a new date less than 30 days from the reservation date there is a $35 administrative fee.
