We can be reached most days when the gym is open by phone or e-mail. In-person office hours are restricted to:

Mondays and Wednesdays : 9:30am – 12:30pm
Monday to Friday : 4:30pm – 9:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
