The TumbleTot Co. provides three convenient ways to register.
- Register online – You can fill in our on-line registration form and we will respond within 24 hours confirming availability for the requested class and provide payment instructions
- Register via e-mail – You can complete our downloadable PDF registration for and send it to us by e-mail
- Register in-person – You can register in person during our office hours.

Sometimes mail is incorrectly categorized as SPAM. You can reduce the chances of this happening by adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your e-mail contacts list.
Please note that completing the registration form above does not guarantee acceptance in a program. Once we receive the your registration we will confirm receipt immediately, and contact you as soon as possible to confirm space in the requested class and provide additional details.
Instructions related to on-line or in-person payment will be provided when we confirm your registration. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is provided.

E-Mail or In-person Registration
If you prefer to register in-person or by e-mail, please download our fillable PDF registration form at the link below. Once the form is completed, please send it to us by e-mail or drop it by the gym during office hours.
For e-mail registrations, we will provide an e-mail within 24 hours confirming space and program availability and providing instructions for payment. People registering in person can provide payment in the gym.
Please provide payment once you’ve received an invoice for the total amount due to ensure your place in the class.
Cheques, cash, major credit cards and are accepted at the office or e-mail e-transfers are accepted for people preferring to provide payment electronically. Please send Interac e-transfers from your banking application to email@example.com.
You can also pay online using a major credit card via PayPal.
For checks, make sure it us dated to the date of payment and make it payable to The Tumble Tot Co. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to all NSF cheques.
We are closed on all statutory holiday weekends. There will be no Saturday classes on weekends that include a Statutory holiday. (Thanksgiving, Family Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Civic Holiday)
Annual Registration and Insurance Fee
There is a non-refundable $40.00 fee charged once per season (July 1 to June 30).
All fees do not include HST.
Cancellations and Refunds
Makeup classes are not permitted due to Covid-19. A credit only will be applied to the following session when accompanied by a doctors note, however, a $30.00 administrative fee will be charged. All classes are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient registration. If the gym is closed due to inclement weather, storms, heating failures, power outages, outbreaks or unforeseen circumstances, no makeup classes or refunds will be given. A charge of $50.00 will be levied on all NSF cheques.
10 % off the lower session fee for each additional immediate family member. (Not including the annual registration and insurance fee)
Receive a 10% discount if you pay upfront for the full year!!
Picking Up Your Child
Please be prompt in picking up your child. Please advise your coach if anyone else besides the parent is picking up your child.
The Tumble Tot. Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. The lost and found box is located in the girl’s and boy’s change rooms.
Shorts and a T-shirt or a body suit are suitable. Recreational gymnasts MUST wear gymnastics slippers in the gym for safety and hygienic reasons. Slippers are available in the gym in all sizes. Long hair should be tied back, and all jewellery must be removed.
