How to Register
The TumbleTot Co. provides convenient online registration for most programs including recreational classes, camps, and birthday parties.
You can fill in the on-line registration form for the appropriate program or class, and we will respond within 24 hours confirming availability and providing payment instructions.
If you are expecting an e-mail from us and don’t receive it for any reason, please check your SPAM or Junk e-mail folder! Occasionally, email is incorrectly categorized as SPAM. You can reduce the chances of this happening by adding ttc@tumbletot.com to your contacts list.
Online Registration
Please note that completing our registrartion form does not guarantee acceptance in a program. Once we receive your registration we will confirm receipt immediately, and contact you as soon as possible to confirm space in the requested class and provide additional details.
Registrations cannot be confirmed until payment is provided.
Payment Options
Please provide payment once your registration is confirmed you’ve received an invoice for the total amount due to ensure your place in the class.
Cheques, cash, major credit cards are all accepted at the office. Interac e-transfers are preferred for people providing payment electronically. Please send Interac e-transfers from your banking application to ttc@tumbletot.com.

Please note that for over-the-phone credit card payments, a 3.5% fee will apply to cover credit card processing costs.
For checks, make sure it us dated to the date of payment and make it payable to The Tumble Tot Co. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to all NSF cheques.
Statutory Holidays
We are closed on all statutory holiday weekends. There will be no Saturday classes on weekends that include a Statutory holiday. (Thanksgiving, Family Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Civic Holiday)
Annual Registration and Insurance Fee
There is a non-refundable $50.00 fee charged once per season .
Taxes
All fees posted on the website are subject to HST.
Cancellations and Refunds
Makeup classes are not permitted. A credit only will be applied to the following session when accompanied by a doctors note, however, a $30.00 administrative fee will be charged. All classes are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient registration. If the gym is closed due to inclement weather, storms, heating failures, power outages, outbreaks or unforeseen circumstances, no makeup classes or refunds will be given. A charge of $50.00 will be levied on all NSF cheques.
Inclement Weather and Closures
In the event of inclement weather such as winter storms, it may be necessary to cancel classes. We would ask that if the weather is in doubt, parents please check either our website at tumbletot.com or any of our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) for updates. In the event of a closure we will display a banner prominently on our website.
If unsure, you can also call the gym at 905-836-6401 within one hour of the beginning of classes, and in the event of a closure, we will leave a recorded message.
We will attempt to provide as much notice as possible in the event that we need to cancel programs due to inclement weather, but reserve the right to cancel classes up to one hour before they begin.
Discounts
10 % off the lower session fee for each additional immediate family member. (Not including the annual registration and insurance fee)
Receive a 10% discount if you pay upfront for the full year!!
Picking Up Your Child
Please be prompt in picking up your child. Please advise your coach if anyone else besides the parent is picking up your child.
Lost Articles
The Tumble Tot. Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. The lost and found box is located in the girl’s and boy’s change rooms.
Clothing
Shorts and a T-shirt or a body suit are suitable. Recreational gymnasts MUST wear socks in the gym for safety and hygienic reasons. Long hair should be tied back, and all jewelry must be removed.
