Once we have confirmed a registration, and provided the amount due including HST and any applicable fees, you can send us a payment via Interac e-transfer from any major bank. This is our preferred payment method.
If you are expecting an e-mail from us, and have not received it, please check your Junk or Spam e-mail folder. Sometimes mail will be mis-categorized as SPAM. You can prevent e-mail from The Tumble Tot Co. being treated as SPAM by adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts list.
Pay via Interac e-transfer
When sending an e-transfer, please direct payments to the e-mail account email@example.com.
Depending on your Bank’s interface for Interac e-transfers, you may be required to add The Tumble Tot Co. as a “Payee” with the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. An example is provided below:
To help us reconcile payments or deposits with your registration, please provide the name(s) of the child or children and the program you are registering for in the Interac e-transfer message as shown above.
Pay via Credit Card
To pay via credit card, please call us during office hours at 905-836-6401, and we can process your credit card payment over the phone. You can also drop by the gym and provide payment in person. Please note that additional fees apply for credit card payments.
