Winter Holiday Camp 2026

9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily

Over the holiday break between December 21st and December 30th, 2026, we will offer safe, fun-filled activities for children ages 4 to 12.

To avoid statutory holidays and interfering with family activities, our holiday camp will run for six days on the following dates only:

• December 21, 22, 23
• December 28, 29, 30

Parents can register their children for all six days of the holiday camp at a discounted rate, or choose the dates they want to register for.

The Holiday Camp will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day, with optional before-care and after-care.

We also offer a half-day camp that runs from 9:00 AM to noon or 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM each day.

Fees:

A sibling discount of 10% is available for the 2nd and 3rd child in the same family. Optional before and aftercare is also available.

Before care (dropping off a child at 8:00 AM ) is available at a rate of $10.00/day + HST. After care (picking up a child no later than 5:00 PM) is an additional $10.00/day + HST. Parents can select both before and after care at a rate of $20.00/day + HST.

Cancellation/refund policy:

In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Tumble Tot Co. for any reason, refunds can be processed as follows:

• Camp Credit for 2027 – We will roll the amount paid into a credit, which can
  be used towards any available 2027 programs, including March Break Camp or Summer Camp.
  A $30 administration fee will apply when transferring a Winter Holiday Camp
  Credit to our 2027 March Break or Summer Camp.s
• General Refund – available up until 30 days before the start of the session and/or if we
  cancel programs

For cancellations initiated by parents received 30 days or more before the start
date of the Holiday Camp, a full refund will be issued, less a $30.00 admin fee, per
camper. For cancellations initiated by parents between 15 and 29 days before the
start of camp, refunds will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee per camper.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations received within 14 days
of the camp start date. These cancellations are non-refundable unless a medical
certificate accompanies the request. In the case of a cancellation related to a
medical reason, we will provide a credit for a future camp program.

Refunds will not be granted for inclement weather or for days of camp not
attended.

The Tumble Tot Co. & Tornados Gymnastics will do everything possible to avoid
program cancellations; however, we reserve the right to cancel a session of camp
if the minimum enrollment is not met or if other unforeseen circumstances occur.
In these situations, we will accommodate your child in an alternate
program/alternate week, or we will provide you with a full refund at your
discretion.
