Please confirm that although every effort will be made to provide a safe and enjoyable gymnastics program, it must be recognized that there are inherent risks involved.
Birthday Party Attendance Form

Please confirm that you will provide the BIRTHDAY PARTY ATTENDENCE FORM and agree to return it with any balance due depending on the planned number of attendees a minimum of ONE WEEK prior to your party. Please be aware that we will not be starting your party until we receive full payment. Payment can be made by check, e-transfer (send transfers to ttc@tumbletot.com) or by making an on-line payment to the TumbleTot Co by select "Make a Payment" under the "Programs" menu on the website.
Additional Charges and Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

Please confirm that you are aware there will be additional charges ($ 1.50 per minute) for parties running over time allotted. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your party. Cancellations 30 or more days before the party receive a refund or credit less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before the party will receive a refund or credit of 50% of the total cost of the party. If you need to move your party to a new date less than 30 days from the reservation date there is a $35 administrative fee.

Please confirm that you are aware of the following. Parties are for a birthday child turning 3 years old and up. All guests that are participating must be able to participate on their own without parental accompaniment, and be able to stay with the group to which they are assigned. Children under the age of three are not permitted in the gym, but are welcome in the viewing area.Parents of your guests are welcome to stay in the viewing area during your party, (maximum 10 parents) but please note that they will not be allowed in the gym. Only 1 parent is allowed to take photos at a prearranged time with the BP coach. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
